Work required prior to beginning classes.
Every student will be required to complete an online Behavioral and Attitudinal Assessment before beginning training. Also, prior to the first class each student must participate in an extensive one-on-one phone conversation with one of TLBCI's staff members to ascertain one's competencies, desires, life goals, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
Courses, Timeline, and Tuition
Since we are based in ethics, academia, entrepreneurship, and reality, we know that an inspired coach candidate can do incredible things. That's why we created our curriculum to be both intensive and within a time frame that makes it viable.
TLBCI’s Accredited Training Programs consist of weekly classes (either in-person, through webinars, online, and/or over the telephone, specialty programs, mentor sessions, peer group evaluation and coaching, practice development and marketing sessions, required reading, assessments, films/videos, and other assignments. The program encompasses all of the above components along with the ability to call on TLBCI's staff for additional information and interaction.
The Curriculum is broken into five four-week semesters with one or two-week breaks in between for practice, application, and feedback. Each semester will consist of a particular area of concentration and all students will be given the opportunity to communicate the knowledge they have obtained throughout that four-week period with their instructors, mentors, and fellow students.
